Sunlit path through a leafy forest, framed by trees on either side.

Grief changes you, it lightens but never leaves, so you have to find a way to carry it with you and grow around it.

Growing around your grief has to be intentional.

Becoming clear about who you now are,  how you want to show up in the world now, creates the conditions for a full life after loss.

In a garden, plants will grow without your input but among the beautiful flowers, will be weeds, thorns and bare patches.

If you tend the garden, remove the weeds, water the soil, prune the plants and decide what to plant, the garden takes on a whole new shape

Your life after loss is like a garden. it  needs tended,  loved and regularly maintained with intention.

As The Grief Gardener, I will walk alongside you to guide you, supply the tools and help you grow the life you want and deserve after loss.
